The briefs (2021 - ongoing)
  1. The Smart City Framework and Implementation Plan identifies the elements necessary to achieve a successful and integrated program of digital solutions and services. 
  2. The Smart Infrastructure Manual and 10 attachments provide guidance for the location and distribution of approved digital infrastructure and smart technologies in urban centres, open spaces, buildings, venues, and private developments.
  3. The LIM Smart technologies information sheet guides the outcomes required for open space planning and implementation of digital infrastructure.
  4. Develop case studies about how smart city projects provide data solutions across the region.

The brief
Forge magazine approached ASCA to contribute an 1800-word opinion piece: that is appealing and insightful to the different levels of government, Australia’s tertiary institutions and various industries. 
Audience: Senior level decision-makers, either in small businesses or large conglomerates.
Circulation: 35,000
The outcome
Article published in September 2018. The magazine was also distributed to delegates at the Australian Smart Communities Conference in Melbourne.
